My love for food began around the dinner table, where stories, laughter, and delicious meals brought family and friends together. Growing up alongside my mom and grandmother, I learned the importance of cooking with fresh ingredients, and how to build connection through food. From growing gardens to sharinng simple, flavorful meals, these women and these moments instilled a lifelong passion for great food.

I attended Ballymaloe Cookery School where I furthered my education in culinary arts and learned to work with the land around me. I’ve spent the last year working in restaurants honing these skills and deepening my understanding of working with seasonal, local ingredients, straight from farmers. I focus on making simple and creative food that highlights quality ingredient and moves with the pace of the seasons.
